How long does it take until my order arrives?

For items in stock, delivery is usually made within 10 working days after the date on which we email you to confirm acceptance of your order. If you place an order for a large quantity of Goods, we will deliver the Goods to you on pallets. This may take longer than the delivery times outlined above.

To which countries does Miele Professional deliver?

Delivery from our webshop is exclusively within the UK and Channel Islands. For this reason, all registered addresses must be within the UK and Channel Islands. If you would like to purchase items in another country, you can find your suitable contact here: www.miele-professional.com

Am I allowed to order at Miele Professional as a private person?

The Miele Professional webshop is intended for shipping to both commercial customers and individual consumers. Please note that you will have different rights under our terms and conditions depending on whether you are a business or consumer.

What are the delivery costs for my order?

We offer free delivery on all accessory and consumable orders over £15.00. Orders under £15.00 will be subject to a delivery charge of £6.75 excluding VAT.  

If you place an order for a large quantity of Goods (being Goods of more than 100 litres or 100 kilograms), we will charge a flat-rate shipping fee in addition to any delivery charges payable.
